Cancellation Policy
At Ultimate Skin, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both our clients and our team, we ask that you take a moment to read our cancellation policy below.
Notice Period
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.
Genuine Emergencies
We completely understand that life happens, and unavoidable situations can come up. Where possible, we’ll always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies, so please get in touch with us as soon as you can.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or change your appointment, please contact us directly by phone or reply to your booking confirmation message. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Deposits and Pre-Payments
Any deposits or pre-payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice.
